Bird Boxes project - Survey
results
On these pages you
can browse through the bird boxes watch survey results
for the 2008, or take a look back through the 2007
season results.
This year (2008) we have moved many
of the boxes into new locations, around the reserve.
The reserve is now split into 12 different "zones"
In Zone 1 we are surveying/including the old
Dormouse boxes, as these are also used by Blue Tits
as nesting boxes.
The bird box surveyors, for the 2008 season, are:
Ben - (Zone 1 & checks other zones (2-11))
Steve (Warden) - Zone 5
Pauline - Zones 2, 3, 4 & 11
Jane - Zones 6, 7, 8 & 9
During the week Jane, Pauline & Steve carry out surveys in their zones. Ben does a survey in Zone 1, each Saturday, and tries to survey all the other zones also, on Saturdays.
The results from all the surveyors will be entered onto the results pages every Saturday.

Archive - 2007 Season results
The 2007 season results cover only Lower
Fullingpit Woods (Zone 1)
All the results,
for the 2007 season, are in date order and have been
split into four different sections:
- Blue Tit boxes
- Great Tit boxes
- Robin boxes
- Dormouse & Other boxes
We are surveying/including the old
Dormouse boxes, as these are also used by Blue Tits
as nesting boxes.
