Firstly welcome everyone to the new Vinters Valley Nature Reserve website. Over the next few months we will be adding more content and hope you will join some of our "members only" areas.

Many thanks to Steve Songhurst & Harry Lowder for their photos of Vinters Valley, which helped build many of the website pages.

Added to the website in this update:

• Bird boxes. The old "Bird Boxes watch at Vinters" website has now closed down and all the pages have been moved to this new website. Please visit the birdboxes pages to find out more.
• Birds. "Bird's being seen" page has been updated with the very latest birds being seen in Vinters Valley.
• Volunteer Days. Details of the 2008 volunteer days have been added. Please see the "Events Page" for more details.
• Jigsaw puzzles and word searches have been added to the "Kids" pages. Can you solve any of them?
• Flowers pages. Photos of just some of the flowers you can see in the park and a news article about flowers in the park, have been added. Please visit the "Flowers" pages for more details.
• Butterflies. The "Butterflies" pages have been added with information about the butterflies you will see in the park. Please visit this page for more details.

In the park the Snowdrops and other flowers are beginning to show and many of the bird boxes are being investigated by Blue & Great Tit's. There are now around 70 bird boxes around the park. Please contact us if you see anything interesting happening around the park.
